I have worked with Kate on the TSS Earnslaw since Jul 2021. During that time it has become quite apparent that one of her strengths is customer service. You can always find her talking and interacting with our guests. She then has an amazing way of using her music to enhance that interaction.
We are a tight team on the TSS and Kate has become a key member in that team. She loves talking and listening to our staff. Then is always happy to help any of them when she can. We are always looking for ways to improve our product on the TSS and Kate is always happy to help with those improvements.
