Born in Rio de Janeiro, Yve Rylk always was passionate about music and different kinds of genres.
On 2013 she started to play for small Gigs as mobile Dj on private parties.
She is perfoming as Open Format Dj on Cruise Shipd since 2015.
Lately she´s focusing on Producing and Djing her favorites genres.

Experience

My experience as Dj it is playing most for Latin and American guests. Genres I most play is:
Hip Hop, Reggaeton, House (Big room, Tech House, Electro House, Uk Garage) and Moombahton.
In bettween I play, not as often:
Nu disco, Disco, Tropical House, Merengue, Salsa, Bachata, Funk, Braziliqn Funk, Rock.
I'm used to play with Serato, Virtual Dj in the mixer I own (MC4000) or Rekord Box and RX2 mixer by the last company I've worked.
I'm was doing Activites like:
Merengue Dance Lesson, Cha ChaCha, Sirtaki, Kalamatianos, Salsa, Zumba and Guess Who.
As Sound and Light Assistant my ... duty was:
- Replace Subs and Twitters when needed (Techomands, RCF HdL 30A, Soho, Martins, FBTs)
- Soldering of cables: XLRs, TRS.
- Making/Replacing Speakon Cables
- Setup the Musicians on the Ship with: Stands, Monitors, Cables, DIs and Microphones (Wirreless or Cable like Suhre Beta and Shure 58)
- To mix the Musicians Channels in the Mixer accourding to them. (FXs, Highs, Mids, Lows)
- Setup of a Mixers (SoundcraftSi 2) and Amplifers (QSC Rmx 2450, Nexo I5, Chest Audio Vs1500)
- Setup of Receivers and Wirelles Mic (Senneheiser Skm 500, G300 and Shure BLX4)
- Replace of Bulbes at Moing Heads ( Mac 250 and 300), Scanners (Techonobeam )and Par Lights.
- Basic knoleged of Creating Cues at Ion Console. (Change colours, Strobe Fx, Chase Fx, Change Globos, Position)
- Setup Projectors and replacing Bulbes.
- Assisnting at the Main Show (with curtains, with next cues, and guiding Spot Lights)

Meet the Act

I always was in love with music. I stated to play in small events with my own Laptop with Vitual Dj. Since than, I did an Advance Dj Course at AIMEC, I boutgh one Denon Mc4000 controller wich I was playinh with Serato.
Later on I had to switch to Rekord Box because the Company I was working with got an XDJ RX2.
My favorite genres to play is House and Moombahton.
