We are masters of acoustic guitars and singing.
We can play at any kind of event either to make you dance or feel cozy and romantic.
Our repertoire includes 700 songs, in 8 different languages and many different styles.
We can play as a duo, trio , quartet or each one of us can play solo as we both sing and play.
Our tributes shows , cabaret style include a lot of interaction with the audience and lots story telling (usually funny :-)

Biography

Yael & Gabriel are a musical duo originally based in New York City, now relocated in Florida.
Gabriel is a Guitarist / Composer from Argentina, he is the official guitar player for Savion Glover's Show "SOLO ON TIME".
Yael is a French/Israeli Vocalist / Guitarist / Songwriter. She is the opening Act for Latin Grammy Winner Leo Dan.
Yael & Gabriel have been playing together for the past 10 years, developing original arrangements mostly for 2 acoustic Spanish guitars, and vocals in 9 languages. Their Arrangements are influenced by Flamenco and Gipsy Jazz.
The band plays their origina ... l compositions as well as diversified styles of music : Classical , Jazz , American Rock , Bossa Nova, Latin, French , Yiddish, Tango, Gypsy and more.
Yael & Gabriel have also various Cabaret Shows with a lot of story telling and interaction with the audience.
They have performed in Cruise Lines and legendary venues all over the world : B.B. King - New York, Microsoft Theatre - Los Angeles, Blue Note - New York, Théâtre de la Ville - Paris , Montecarlo Theatre - Monaco, Howard Theatre -Washington D.C , Summer Stage Central Park, Cafe Wha - New York, Guggenheim Museum etc...

We played in legendary venues such as B.B king in New York, Blue note, Theatre de la Ville in Paris, Montercarlo, Moscow, Tel Aviv, Buenos Aires....and also small cabarets and venues all over the world but mostly New York.

Meet the Act

Used to work in I.T and have master in economics ...yeah I know ! :-) then I realized that I wanted to be an Artist since forever but my family didn't let me. So when I turned 30 I resigned for the IT job, divorced the hubby (who was a really nice guy actually :) and stared a career in acting and music. I ended up moving from Paris to NYC for my acting carrier and after few years I got drifted to the music scene as a singer and then a musician (guitar). I got a master in Jazz performance from Queens College. I now combine my music skills with may acting skills for my cabaret shows and inter ... action with the audience . Improvisation is the key. Loving it.
