When you listen to We Are One Tribute X-Perience Band (“WAO”) you can’t believe what you are hearing and witnessing. You will have to do a double take to make sure you’re not at an actual Frankie Beverly and Maze Concert. After more than two years of envisioning the possibilities and developing a finely tuned band, while creating the perfect look, the hard work has finally become a reality. WAO has quickly become the most respected Maze featuring Frankie Beverly tribute band in the nation.
This eight piece band, with each of its unique members, provides amazing chemistry. These WAO ... musicians are seasoned professionals who pride themselves on giving the audience a high-energy performace every single time they take the stage and they never disappoint.
The group is led by National Recording Drummer, ELWarren “Spoon” Weatherspoon and features Paul Bumbry (who has the amazing vocal range and cloned like movements of his life long idol Frankie Beverly). The groups set list includes all the hit songs that everyone knows and loves.
This group is electrifying, dynamic and a joy to watch. The percussion sections also gives a show that lights up the stage.
