Biography

Tanya Cracknell is The Grime Violinist. She fuses classical violin with commercial music, both on stage and in the recording studio.
You may have seen her highly energetic performances on TV shows such as Game of Talents and The Big Narstie Show. She has also performed at Glastonbury, Wireless and Latitude Festivals, the Royal Albert Hall and Hammersmith Apollo to name a few, as well as events worldwide.
Tanya was the first violinist in the world to release a Grime EP. She has collaborated with artists such as Giggs, Mr Eazi, Lethal Bizzle, Greentea Peng and most recently rapper Arrdee w ... ith the album reaching #2 in the UK charts.
