Biography

'Smooth Sax' is an experienced performer who has toured and recorded with a variety of well known artists including 'Scissor Sisters', 'Super Furry Animals', 'Gomez', 'Tony Christie', 'Martha Reeves', 'Joe Longthorne' and 'Peter Grant'.
He also works regularly as a sax player on national theatre tours and can currently be seen in the Motown show 'How Sweet It Is'. He has played on TV and at major festivals all over the world and performed at top UK jazz venues including 'Ronnie Scott's', '606', 'Pizza Express Soho' and 'Jazz Cafe'.
He also works as a solo performer with backing tracks, prov ... iding high quality music for weddings, parties, drinks receptions and dinner events.

Soulful Sax played for out guests during a 1920s Jazz themed Winter Ball. He was incredible, a wide range of songs were played, really adding to the atmosphere of the ball and entertaining guests as they arrived. Communication was great and the artist was very punctual with timings. Fully recommend.
