SHENANIGAN – CELTIC & PARTY MUSIC – SCOTTISH & IRISH - SPECIALIZING IN – CEILIDH – SONGS & TUNES – POPS FOR DANCING
The line up for this is: vocals, guitar, fiddle, mandolin and accordion. Shenanigan play a mixture of romantic ballads, foot tapping party songs & some driving jigs & reels. The aim is a tempting mixture of material from the traditional to “The Pogues” & “Saw Doctors”.
Ceilidh
Shenanigan provide a traditional line up for Barn Dance/Ceilidhs. We can entertain at your function, providing both Caller, who will give you all the instructions & musicians to keep ... your feet tapping. The Band line up for ceilidh is: Accordion/Key boards, Fiddle/Mandolin, Whistles/Flute, Guitar/Bass. The repertoire includes a selection of fast & slow dances that cater for all ages and abilities. Ceilidhs/Barn Dances are a hit for weddings and parties, as well as Burns Night events.

I Just wanted say a big thank you for Saturday night. The band were great and your efforts at controlling the dancers after they had had a few drinks was amazing. I had loads of wonderful comments about how good you all were and how good the party was. I thoroughly enjoyed the evening and have been asked to plan another one some time near Xmas. I would definitely ask your band to supply the music again. Thank you again for such a wonderful time. Please pass on my thank yous to the band. Best wishes

Experience

Shenanigan have been a working band for over 20 years. The line up has changed over time and if anything got better with the inclusion of some fine young players.
