Description

Magic with a twist. Scoop's stage show combines conjuring with comedy, danger, mind-control, juggling and escapology. His close up performances make the impossible happen right under people's noses or even in their own hands.

Biography

Scoop took up magic in 1988 after buying the Wizbit magic book and became a professional after leaving university (not Hogwarts!) in 2002. He was the resident jester at Camelot Theme Park and Park Hall Hotel for nine years regularly performing for crowds ranging from small handfuls up to 3,000 people from small children to cocktail parties and everything in between. He now performs at attractions, holiday parks and corporate events all over the UK.

Experience

Scoop has performed for the England, and Manchester City football teams as well as the stars of Emmerdale, Coronation Street and Hollyoaks. He has worked for ITV both as a magic consultant alongside David Jason and as a hand double in Emmerdale for Joe Gilgun (Eli Dingle) and his performances have featured on the BBC's The One Show, The 4 O'clock Club and Don't Tell The Bride as well as Peter Kay's Britain's Got The Pop Factor.
Scoop has also worked all over Britain and beyond for companies such as Cosmos Holidays, Brittany Ferries, Center Parcs, Hilton Hotels UK, Haven, Park Resorts, Intu ... Trafford Centre, Manchester United, O2 and HSBC alongside entertainers like Spellbound, Dynamo, Rob Brydon and Jason Manford. He has even performed for The Magic Circle and produces and stars in his own theatre shows.
