Biography

With decades of house music knowledge and passion hailing from 90’s sweaty raves and vinyl days, Sammy brings you an eclectic mix of house genres and her rule “If I like it, I play it”.
Winner of 2023’s ‘Slip back in time’ Mix Factor competition, judged by legends Slipmatt, Rob Tissera and Ratpack, Sammy played a winner’s set at iconic Ibiza club Es Paradis. They said “Sammy is a very talented, passionate DJ with a truly special sparkle”
Smashing festival sets at Glastonbury, Beatherder and Carfest have been highlights, as well as playing at Clockwork Orange at Fabric L ... ondon and alongside Denise Van Outen and Jemma Bolt as part of their Discolicious event. Sammy has given up her 9-5 to pursue her DJ career and is hoping to inspire others that it is never too late to follow your dreams.

Meet the Act

I recently had what I like to call a 'Midlife Epiphany'. Having always loved house music and teaching myself to play vinyl in the 90's, I decided to give up my 9-5 and pursue a career as a DJ. Life is too short to be stuck behind a desk with 25 days holiday a year. Making people dance make me happy.
In pursing this passion I have inspired others that it is never too late to follow your dreams.
