As my showreels display, I can perform set-lists of popular pop songs, from a large variety of different decades. I sing, and can also play both acoustic guitar and the piano/keys to accompany myself.
I have very high experience in performing sets at a variety of different venue types, from pubs and bars to concert halls to dedicated music venues. I've been performing gigs in this way since the age of around 17, making it around 7-8 years now, and have developed a strong confidence talking to crowds as a result. These gigs have primarily taken place in and around my hometown of Basingstoke ... UK, but I've also ventured to and gigged at several other cities with strong music scenes such as Guildford, Reading, London and Birmingham.
I have a very large repertoire list altogether of over 200 songs, the vast majority of which can be played on either instrument whilst I sing. So whether you're looking for a pianist singer or a guitarist singer, I have expertise in both.
As a result of my large repertoire list, I am also able to play sets that range anywhere from 20-30 minutes long, all the way to 3 hours long. My services here are suitable for all types of events listed on my profile.
If you're just looking for a singer without an instrument, perhaps to sing in part of a band or whatever it may be, I'm more than happy to work strictly just as a singer too, as singing is what I see as my primary skill.
Likewise, if you're working with a company or an event that's on the lookout for A cappella acts, I can absolutely offer my services for this too, and sing in a cappella groups. I have a very advanced understanding of chords and harmony, making me very suitable for an act like that. My A cappella showreel I believe displays this very well.
