Rich adds an ambiance of live music accompaniment while diners enjoy their evening. He adds the right amount of entertainment always knowing when to stay in the background or work the room. With his diverse blend of memorized melodies by The Beatles, or whatever else the crowd wants to hear, his charisma shines through with each strum of his guitar. Rorex is far more than just another guitar player, he is true talent!

I am writing this letter in support of a fine musician and good friend, Rich Rorex. I met Rich while I owned a restaurant in Stanwood, WA., where he performed both solo and in a band format. Rich is an outstanding performer, connects with his audience, and is always conscientious of achieving a mutually beneficial relationship with the venue — a true professional. I have been presenting live music for over 30 years in every type of venue, from small club to 20,000 capacity sheds. I owned venues in the Seattle area, and was the talent buyer for Bumbershoot, Summer Nights at the Pier, WOMAD Festival, EMP Grand Opening, McCaw Hall, The Triple Door, and most recently served as Programming Manager for Benaroya Hall.
