Description
Rhythm Rising makes it a priority to make any event a successful one for our client(s). We honor traditional Latin Jazz artists such as Cal Tjader, Jobim, Puente and Santamaria . Our repertoire also consists of originals, jazz standards and RnB.
“Rhythm Rising Quartet “ is led by percussionist Tomas Martin Lopez and features Victor Catanzaro on Vibraphone, Ron Figueroa on Bass and Doug Correllus on Keyboard.
Biography
We have all been professional musicians for quite sometime. Besides performing, we have all worked as clinicians on the college and secondary level. Two members of the group have also taught in public schools for 30 years as High School, Middle School instrumental teachers and Elementary general music and beginning middle school jazz band.
