Oliver's stage and cabaret shows deliver a varied, unique and elegant twist on stage magic incorporating magic, illusion, mind-reading and comedy.
His shows are recognised for their artistic and entertaining approach featuring extraordinary illusions that can include making a drawing of a girl come to life by stepping out of the picture, filling a stage with hundreds of butterflies, transforming a cage of birds into a full size white cello to more comedy based routines and smaller interactive illusions such as making a live dove appear in a spectators hands.

... e act has gained him many awards from the European Magic Championships and the title of International British Magic Champion. The act is noted for combing classical conjuring with a contemporary style, making cards, doves and violins appear as if from thin air.
Oliver can customise his show for a particular event in order to ensure a memorable and thrilling experience. His shows are a culmination of theatre, mime, illusion and comedy that excel due to the constant high standard of performance. It can be adapted to be a 10, 15, 20, 30, 45 min cabaret show or up to a full 2 hour evening show.
Performed in most venues from small up to large theatres, and can be suited to any age of audience.
Biography
A multi-award winning magician and member of the Magic Circle, most recently winning at the 2017 European Championships of Magic and past International British Magic Champion.
Oliver is a full time close-up and stage magician who has supplied entertainment to various events for over 20 years including corporate dinners, cruise ships, product launches, promotions, weddings, theatre shows, television, radio and private functions.

Experience
Oliver began performing magic at 12 years old at 13 he discovered the Demon Magic Club, a young magicians club who met every Saturday behind the oldest family run magic shop in the world, Davenports of London. Here he received his first award for Excellence in Magic at the age of 15 and over the years he went on to win awards at the 'Magic Circle Stage Magician of the Year' and with the International Brotherhood of Magicians.
Upon reaching 18 he was accepted as a member of the Magic Circle.
A year later he started working at Davenports where for the next 5 years he honed his magic skills
... , demonstrating and improving to perfect his art. In his time he has also trained at the Desmond Jones School of Mime and Physical Theatre and studied at the 'Magic and Mystery School' in Las Vegas receiving tuition from leading world class magicians and teachers including Jeff McBride.
In 2003 he travelled to Spain to work for a season in the 'House of Illusion', a magic and illusion show based in a cabaret bar in Salou, near Barcelona.
In 2004, Oliver made his West End debut for a 10 week season in 'Late Night Magic' at the Jermyn Street Theatre.
For 3 years he performed in a double act touring the country's theatres, hotels and cabaret venues.
In 2007 and 2011 he appeared in theatre seasons at the Royal Hippodrome Theatre, Eastbourne and at the Pier Theatre, Bournemouth in 2008, either side of these Oliver performed for P & O aboard their cruise ships.
Over the next few years Oliver appeared regularly on the London cabaret circuit including repeat bookings at the Cafe de Paris, Soho's 'Magic Night' and as a regular performer in the London magic scene including at the Magic Circle Headquarters. He also made his debut at 2010's Edinburgh Fringe Festival and performed in the 'Christmas Seaside Special' at the Cromer Pier Theatre in December that same year.
Award-winner
Since 2011 he has been sponsored by the Magic Circle to compete at international level at the FISM Championships of Magic and won in 2017 at the European Championships of Magic, he now qualifies to compete at the World Championships to be held in South Korea in 2018.
In 2013 he became the International Magic Champion at the International Brotherhood of Magicians Stage competition and made history by winning every award on offer since the contest’s inception in 1938. He was awarded the Conventioneers Trophy for Originality, the Ditta Shield for Manipulation, the trophy for 1st place and the prestigious British Ring Shield for exceptional performance.
For the last few years he has been placed within the top 3 of the Magic Circle Stage Magician of the Year, he was also honoured with the prestigious promotion to an Associate Member of the Inner Magic Circle for doing so and headlined in the prestigious Magic Circle Christmas show at their headquarters in London.
In 2014 he was honoured to be asked to appear in a gala show at the world's largest magic convention, presenting his multi-award wining act to 3000 magicians at the Opera House in Blackpool for the annual magic convention.
He also tours the magic clubs of the UK including the Magic Circle in 2013 presenting his lecture to other magicians, in the same year he started holding public workshops for children and adults teaching them beginners magic at the Davenports magic shop in London.
Oliver also regularly performs close-up magic at weddings, restaurants and corporate events, past clients have included Sony, Esso, Rolls Royce, the London Evening Standard, Jeep and Lexus. Oliver also performs at various charity events helping to support Missing People, GOAL and Help for Heroes.
Consultant
As well as performing Oliver has acted as a consultant to various productions in theatre, television and film including 2016’s Hollywood film ‘Now You See Me 2’, teaching film actor Ben Wishaw (Q from James Bond film series) sleight-of-hand for BBC series London Spy, French Connection's Autumn/Winter collection 2011 advertising campaign, ITV’s Take Me Out in 2013 and Channel 4's documentary 'The Double Life of Charles Dickens’.
He has also appeared in Cutler & Cross sunglasses 2015 TV advert and in Josh Kumra's 'Waiting for You' music video in 2012.
His first film role was in the award-winning independent film ‘My Feral Heart’ released early 2016.
Producer
Over the last 12 years Oliver has also produced a series of shows to the public.
His London shows started with 'A Night of Magic' at the Albany theatre in 2007 that went on to become 'West End Magic' at the New Players Theatre in 2010 and 2011. In 2013 the show moved to it’s permanent home at the Leicester Square Theatre that plays throughout the year and has toured some of the countrys theatres since 2014.
He also presents a series of shows in Rochford Essex throughout the year in a converted 17th century barn theatre which he co-runs as a wedding venue. The 'Magic at the Barn' shows presents various events during the summer, Halloween and Christmas, he is also co-producer of the Cabaret Club, monthly event in Southend.
