Description

The show involves a playlist of hand-picked covers adapted uniquely to violin. Naomi is not only an excellent classically-trained violinist, but improvises and arranges her own material to provide a unique and truly magical experience for all watching. The show varies from a moving classical romantic line-up to lively electronic beats.
Naomi can also be booked with DJ, Pianist, Sax, Guitar or with String Quartet, and is available to perform alongside another band or DJ.

Biography

Naomi is one of the UK’s leading electric violinists and performs regularly at private and corporate events and in session across the UK and abroad. Highlights in the past year include performing with Indian Idol winner Salman Ali at Wembley Arena and with the Indian Idol 4 UK tour, featuring as violinist for a Premier League production, playing for ITV’s The Chase, performing as a soloist at The House of Lords and having her music featured on the BBC World Service.
Naomi has also recorded extensively across the world and most notably in Mexico, where she worked with producers and artis ... ts such as Live Sessions Mexico, Latin Grammy-nominated Vladimir Suárez and Bolivian La Voz México runner up Leo Rosas. Since moving to London in 2019, Naomi has completed a Performance Master’s degree at Trinity Laban School of Music and Dance (2020) with Michael Bochmann OBE (Classical) and Kit Massey (Jazz) while expanding her work as a sought-after session and events violinist.
Naomi has undergone rigorous classical training, having played in ensembles such as the National Children's Orchestra, National Youth Orchestra, Junge Deutsche Kammerphilarmonie and as leader of Derby County Youth Orchestra. These ensembles gave her the opportunity to play at prestigious venues such as the Royal Albert Hall, Barbican and Philarmonie Berlin, and work with internationally acclaimed musicians such as Peter Stark, Nina Martin and Vasily Petrenko.
