The Morris Duo comprises of singer Maria Morris(english native speaker) and guitarist Stavros Angelidis. The duet's unique combination of high energy and solistic virtuosity offers great musical moments! We use high-tech equipment (state of the art arranger, midi guitar,wireless mic, loopers, tablets e.t.c.). This way we are capable of playing a vast repertoire from the '30's jazz standards to nowadays dance hits! There is never a fixed playlist, everything is done on the spot so that we can grasp each particular audience's pulse! This way we still sound fresh even after months of playing on t ... he same venue!

Biography

Since 2010, vocalist Maria Morris and guitarist Stavros Angelidis have worked as a professional duo playing music in several venues such as nightclubs and luxury hotels and have colaborated with many Advertising and Events agencies (Berco, Nostus, B&N e.t.c.). The Morris Duo has performed in most of the famous Greek islands like Santorini, Crete, Mykonos, Paros and others. Maria's exceptional performing skills along with her great English accent combined with Stavros virtuosic guitar playing make for an ideal ensemble, especially for hotels and places packed with tourists and people from al ... l around the world.
