Biography

Miss Tee is a Reliable, easygoing, versatile performer who can create any vibe your heart desires
Although based in Cairns, there is high demand for her sound everywhere and she regularly travels all over the country of Australia and New Zealand for work
Miss Tee is a five years business award nominee and she was also the winner of the best street performer at the Port Douglas Carnival 2015
She has a large repoitre and her music suits any occasion big or small. Incorporating her Guitar, loop pedal and percussion skills to give the full sound of a one woman band otherwise, She is also ... able to provide a solo/duo/trio/4piece/5piece/6piece/7piece band
Incorporating lead guitar, bass, drums, keys, saxophone and vocals
MissTee works beside some well known artists in the region and her popularity grew when she organised a Music Festival in Mission Beach to fundraise for The flying Doctors to show her appreciation to the town and encourage tourism into the area in the low season attracting several hundred people all over queensland. In early 2020 MissTee organised a fundraiser at Elixirbar Cairns to raise money for the NSW bushfires attracting over 100 people and raised over $3000 to go towards two charities - NSW volunteer association and SouthAustralian veterinary emergency Management
She regularly plays at various venues such as The Reef Hotel Casino,Crystalbrook collection Riley Hotel, Novotel Oasis, Pullmans International, The Jack, Pier Bar, Salthouse Aj Hacketts, Noa Cafe,Pj O Briens, The Benson Hotel, Palm Cove Surf Club, The Sheraton Mirage, Central Hotel Port Douglas, Courthouse Hotel Port Douglas, Julatten Tavern,
She has had the honor to perform for some well known organisations such as YellowPages, Prime Construction, Cairns Council, Accor, Wyndham, Hewit Packard,
Rebel Sports, Commonwealth, Ricon, Receipt bank, HPS, BalconyTV, Far-Q Radio, ABC Radio.
Miss Tee also volunteers and offers her services to fundraisers close to her heart such as The Leukemia Foundation,The Greatest Shave, IGA , Race Car Rally, Pink Ribbon and has donated her services to the local community and venues around the region who are facing hardship
She has been the opening Act/ Headliner Act and participated for a variety of local Festivals
Taste Festival, Waitangi Day, Port Douglas Yacht Club Race Event, Rock the Yacht, Yangaburra Festival, Mission Beach Banana Festival, Airlie Beach Race Week, Magnetic Island Food and wine Festival, Watsonville River Sessions and has performed two years in a row for the Rose and Boy Fashion Event, Been supporting act for Black indie, and various tribute bands alongside one of the two bands that she has been apart of known as The TallPoppies who are based in Cairns.
She also has been supporting act for Katchafire for the Far North Queensland Visit in 2019, performing at Port Douglas Yacht Club and The Jack.
She has had lots of experience playing for children at school events, kindergartens, childrens birthdays, can arrive to the party in various characters like Moana, Space Cadet and Santas helper and has a repoitre suitable for children
With ten years professional experience, she developed the natural gift of performing from the time she was a little girl
Participating in Performing Arts and Music from a young age picking up Guitar and Piano Lessons on the way
She came top 23rd out of 1000 Artists in the nz singing competition Play it strange and went on to recieve scholarships and grants to go towards a Music E.P
She also was rated five stars on easyweddings.com from wedding clients and rated five stars on her facebook music page

My family and I were blown away by her incredible voice and guitar playing. It was a real cruise highlight for us to sit and enjoy her beautiful music each night. She sang with power, passion and precision! We were also impressed that she performed everyone's requests and was very engaging with the audience! She was so kind and let me join her on the piano for some songs, which was an amazing experience. I highly recommend Miss Tee and hope to see her on future cruises!

Review of Miss Tee by Raymond P Reid During my 14-day cruise around New Zealand in February, I had the pleasure of enjoying various talented artists aboard P&O's Pacific Explorer. One standout performer was Miss Tee, a soloist from Queensland. On the second day of the cruise, I settled in at the bar with a scotch and Coke, eagerly awaiting Miss Tee's performance. From the moment she began singing, I was captivated by her powerful expression and professionalism. In my opinion, she ranks among the top female performers on the East Coast of Australia. Others in the bar shared my enthusiasm, as not a single person left during her set. Her ability to engage the audience was evident from start to finish, leaving a lasting impression on everyone present. I went on to hear her sing on a number of occasions during the cruise, each performance specializing in songs from different decades. Impressed by her talent, I even wrote a poem about her. Experience

Grew up in a cultural based family who quickly put me into cultural performing arts. Growing a passion for singing in my teens and composing music. My teacher would enter me into competitions and that I would win. I would lock myself in the school studio and compose songs in recess. I moved to Australia in my 20s and started busking, slowly began picking up gigs at local venues. Ten years later I work as a professional musician in Australia and have a few originals out. Play in many bands, organise community fundraiser. Now looking to travel more around the world doing what I love
