Looking for more performance work in Florida as a bilingual (English and Spanish) versatile male singer and musician, songwriter and artist, with 10+ years of experience in both American and Latin music. Been performing professionally in the wedding and corporate business for about 3 years now, first as the lead singer of Cover Story Entertainment, one of the most in demand bands of the Greater New England area based in Boston, and now for nearly a year since I moved to Miami, with bands like Bay Kings Band, The Band Method, and The Tropics.
Graduated from Berklee College of Music in 2020 ... with a degree in Vocal Performance, with 10+ years performance experience and additional extensive experience in the wedding business (including MC-ing), private events, big bands, and trios. Fluent and extremely comfortable singing anything in Spanish or within the Latin music styles. Additionally proficient playing piano and guitar, and with years of experience/training playing the drums and percussion in contemporary styles (pop/rock), jazz, and multiple Latin music styles.
I am also a Latin Pop artist and songwriter currently signed to Warner Chappell Music Latin, which is one of the main reasons I moved to Miami.

Biography

My name is Miguel (Mike) Soto, a 25-year old singer, musician, artist and songwriter originally from México City, who came to the US at the age of 14 pursuing a better music education and opportunity. Graduated from Berklee College of Music in 2020 with a degree in Vocal Performance. I have 10+ years of performance experience, including 3 years as a singer performer in the wedding business, both in the Greater New England area (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont) and in Florida/Miami. I am also a Latin Pop artist and songwriter, currently signed to Warner ... Chappell Music Latin.
Some highlights of my international career as a singer outside of the wedding/event industry: Being a semi-finalist in The Voice México 2021 with grammy-winning Latin/European artist Miguel Bosé as my coach.
