Michela Ramilli
Violinist
Born in Cesena in 2000, Michela Ramilli embarked on her illustrious journey in music at a tender age, studying the violin under the esteemed Maestra Claudia Banducci. She graduated with highest honors from the Liceo Artistico e Musicale Statale Canova in Forlì, where she refined her artistry under the guidance of Maestri Vittorio Veroli and Giampiero Montalti. Michela has expanded her musical prowess internationally by attending masterclasses with renowned maestros such as Alessandro Milani, Marco Rizzi, and the legendary Shlomo Mintz.
Throughout her distingui ... shed career, Michela has excelled in numerous prestigious competitions, securing first place at the esteemed Concorso Nazionale Musicale Enrico Zangarelli in the chamber music category. She has further honed her chamber music expertise with illustrious mentors like Giancarlo Peroni, Paolo Fantini, and Pier Narciso Masi, while perfecting her solo repertoire under the tutelage of virtuosos Simona Cavuoto and Marco Fornaciari.
Since 2022, Michela has been a key member of an elegant duo with pianist Fabrizio Fogli, making a remarkable debut in the prestigious "Les Soirées Musicales" series by Emilia-Romagna Concerti. The duo has undertaken advanced training with Maestro Pier Narciso Masi at the Centro Studi Musica & Arte in Florence and graced the "Concerti di primavera 2023" at the renowned Saint Mark’s Church in Florence with their captivating performances.
Michela earned her Master’s degree in Violin Performance with the highest honors (110/110 cum laude and Distinction) from the Conservatorio G. Lettimi di Rimini, studying under the esteemed Maestro Maurizio Sciarretta, with whom she continues to elevate her artistry. I've been playing the violin since I was just eight years old, and it's always been my greatest passion. After years of study, I graduated from the conservatory with top honours, Cum Laude and an Honourable Mention, and I was so lucky to be mentored by the amazing Maestro Maurizio Sciarretta, a world-renowned violinist. Thanks to hard work and dedication, I've managed to turn this passion into my profession, and I couldn't be happier!
I also love playing other instruments such as: saxophone, dizi (bamboo flute), ocarine and piano.
