Matangi Devi is a new age singer with a charming, magical combination of ancient mantras of the Vedic world and unique vocals that will fill your soul with light.
In 2023, her first album- SHAKTI MA was released, in which Matangi Devi is the composer and performer.
Matangi Devi is a certified yoga teacher with 17 years of experience and professional Vedic astrologer with 10 years of experience. She studying Sanskrit language and sacred mantras with a famous professor from Varanasi (India)- Dr. Lekhmani Tripathi.
Throughout her life, she has been studying the Vedas and ancient scriptu ... res of India such as the Mahabharata, Bhagavad Gita, Ramayana, Patanjali sutra, Maheshvara surta and etc.
“Singing mantras, knowledge of Vedic astrology and yoga changed my life for the better. Once, when I was chanting the mantra to the Goddess Matangi 1008 times, I felt a powerful emerald-luminous energy in the Ajna chakra (third eye area) and in the Sahasrara chakra (crown area) - so the Goddess herself appeared to me and gave her blessing to sing mantras. It was at that moment that I realised that my purpose in life is to glorify the name of God through mantras. And I started recording my first album."
The music of Matangi Devi is a unique combination of ancient Indian folk music and modern musical art. It has long been proven that the Magical Vibrations of mantras affect the space around us and within us, transform our consciousness and awaken Kundalini (the cosmic energy inside of us ), connect us with the Divine nature of this world and the universe.
