Biography

My name is Yin, AKA Magic Yin. I have been a magician for over 20 years since I was a teenager.
I genuinely love and enjoy practicing as well as performing magic. It is very meaningful to connect with people and truly arouse positive emotions and put a happy smile on their face.
I have performed hundreds of shows over the years including Edinburgh Fringe Festival, private shows, corporate gatherings, weddings, and more, including performing magic tricks for celebrities such as Chef Gordon Ramsay, Presenter Matthew Kelly, Chris Hoy and more.

We hired Yin to perform at our daughter's birthday party. He was really nice and sweet with the kids and knew how to keep them engaged. His magic tricks are actually amazing, and the kids loved him and his tricks! It was impressive that he managed to perform 1 whole hour of magic doing different tricks which shows his experience in the business. We felt it was sweet and kind of him to teach the kids a few tricks which adds a personal touch and the kids enjoyed that a lot. Yin's prices are great value also, we would definitely book him again in the future, and won't hesitate to recommend him highly to anyone looking for a magician or entertainer.

His magic, especially sleight of hand, even under close-up scrutiny is actually mind blowing! He also tailored his show to cater for kids with humour and a bright personality, and even teaching them some tricks. As a business, he's professional, well priced, friendly and a great communicator, even confirming his arrival the week ahead. I would thoroughly recommend Yin for any event and would happily book him again.
