Louise is a reliable and experienced front-person and backing-vocalist and has a special interest in tribute shows and sound-alike roles. The repertoire she enjoys performing involves strong vocals, however she also embraces the opportunity to join with other voices to create harmonies, so would be an ideal member of a shared-vocal role in a regular working band.
With a professional singing career that commenced in the 90's, Louise has performed with numerous bands, choirs and theatre groups, with personal highlight ... s being as a backing vocalist to touring artists at Brisbane Entertainment Centre and Melbourne’s Crown Casino (Australia).
Louise has true vocal versatility which is demonstrated in her ability to perform songs from many genres, from ballads & love songs to the latest top 40. During recent years Louise has studied teaching and runs her own music studio “Fine Tune Singing” at Aspley, which helps to keep up to date with the latest repertoire.

Biography

Personal Note from Louise:
Singing on stage has been part of my life for as long as I remember... I have been performing professionally for 20 years, and have gained qualifications in teaching voice through the Queensland Conservatorium. While teaching has it's own rewards, the last couple of years have found me back on the stage regularly both in lead performance and backing harmony roles. I am a reliable back-up/fill-in within the local cover band circuit (and a short-notice queen), so if you're reading this... I'm ready to take your call! :)
One "Bucket List" item I am hoping to tick i ... n 2017 is to fulfil my lifelong dream of working on a cruise... bring it on universe!!!
I love singing rock, pop, funk and soul-style music and have a strong, well trained voice. While I admit to already having hundreds of songs on my personal performance repertoire, I am always keen to learn new material and learn songs quickly. I also particularly love doing harmonies, so it would be great to have a full-time shared-vocal role that can encorporate blending voices.
