Description

We are Alex Taylor and Hannah Jobson 'Lex & Lou', an acoustic duo based in Leicestershire, UK.
We have a large repertoire of songs from jazz standards to modern pop and can adapt to any event from upbeat Sing-a-long pub nights to chilled jazz at a wedding reception to themed sets in car homes and everything in between.
Prior to covud we worked for many years on cruise ships and in hotels and productions in the UK and around the world.

Biography

Hannah and Alex have been working together for three years now and have completed 7 contracts together on P&O cruise ships.
Prior to this Hannah worked in the U.K. as a singer with residencies at Warner Leisure Hotels and Marriott Hotels.
Alex has been working on cruise ships for 10 years with Princess and Disney cruises. He has also had a residency in Abu Dhabi within a rock band.

saw Lex&Lou at a private gig in Leicester on a sunny afternoon in March. Well they just added to an already perfect day! Their choice of music was perfect for the audience who were taken back through the decades and memories of the wonderful songs of those times. it was incredible how they covered from The Kinks, Marvin Gaye, Elvis, The Beatles to Bessy Smith to mention a few with Lou's beautiful singing alongside Lex's expert guitar playing, harmony and vocals. Can't wait to see them performing again!
