Biography
Kyle is a recording & performing drummer and music educator. He is a graduate of the Musicians Institute where he earned his Associate of Arts in Music Performance. Kyle has studied under the guidance of Sammy J. Watson (Apex Theory), Joe Cox (Hal Leonard), and Fred Dinkins (LA session drummer), to name a few.
Kyle currently maintains an active teaching schedule at School of Rock and Music on the Westside where he teaches private and group drum lessons and participates in ensembles as needed.
In addition to teaching and performing, Kyle has also published 2 books of sheet music for the drums

Experience
Kyle is a drummer, music director, and educator based in Albuquerque, NM. A graduate of the Musicians Institute in Los Angeles, he holds an Associate of Arts degree in Music Performance, and has experience in live performance, studio recording, and teaching.
While in Los Angeles, he was the drummer for the punk-rock trio The Nukeproofs with whom he recorded 2 LPs: Heatwave and Vices, performed dozens of live shows, and filmed a music video for the 2019 single Bad Decisions.
He currently holds a regular teaching schedule at School of Rock and local studio Music on the Westside.
