Ketevan Gavasheli - Lyric - coloratura soprano from Tbilisi, Georgia, she has a
strong central and brilliant upper register with excellent technique, in 2010 she
enrolled in the Vano Sarajishvili State Conservatory in Tbilisi, to the faculty of
academic singing. In the second year of her studies, she was invited by the
conductor George Tchitchinadze to sing the role of firs Dama from W. A. Mozart’s
opera “Die Zauberflöte" in the Tbilisi Opera studio, In addition, she has performed
Adina in Donizetti's opera "L'elisir D'amore" conducted by maestro Zaza
Azmaiparashvili, Frasquita in ... bizet's opera "Carmen" - conducted by maestro
Papuna Ghvaberidze, Susanna in Mozart's opera "Le nozze di Figaro" conducted by
maestro Levan Jagaev, Musetta in Puccini's opera "La Boheme" conducted by
maestro Papuna Ghvaberidze.
In 2016 she has completed her studies in the Master’s Degree Course in Tbilisi’s
Vano Sarajihvili State Conservatory and She continued her studies at the Renata
Tebaldi - Mario del Monaco International Academy (Pesaro, Italy 2016-2017)
during the year and took part in numerous concerts in different cities of Italy.
Ketevan worked at the Tbilisi State Opera House in 2013-2016.
In 2015 Ketevan was invited to the international classical music festival "January
Musical Evenings" Brest, Belarus, where she was performed in 2016 and 2018, also
in July 2018 she was invited to the classical music festival named "Churlonis"
Palanga, Lithuania, where her solo concert took place as part of the festival, in 2019
she was invited to the 1st International “Tauride” Classical Music Festival Kherson,
Ukraine, where her solo concert took place in the spring of 2021.
in January 2022 she start her season a young artist at the Elena Obraztsova
International Academy of Music and In June 2022, as a resident of the Elena
Obraztsova Academy, Ketevan made her debut as Constance in Mozart's opera The
"Entführung aus dem serail" as part of the Elena Obraztsova International Festival.
In the spring of 2022 and 2023, she took part in master classes by Ildar Abdrazakov
and Alessandro Svab. Ketevan performed on gala concert dedicated to the 150th
anniversary of Sergei Rachmaninov, together with Ildar Abdrazakov and Veronika
Dzhioeva under the direction of conductor Fabio Mastrangelo.
Ketevan Gavasheli is a laureate of the following international competitions:
4th International Vocal Competition (Italy, Treviso - 3rd prize) 2012;
3th International Vocal Competition: "You are our Pride" (Armenia - 1st prize) 2012;
1st International Vocal Competition "Harmony" (Turkey, Side - 1st Prize)

14th International Classical Competition of Young Musicians "Music without
Borders"(Lithuania, Druskininkai -2 prize) 2014;
winner of silver prize on Euterpe music awards 2022 , winner of first prize on
London classicalmusic competition 2022 and winner of the first prize on
Stravinsky’s international music competition 2023
In January 2024, after the selection of the international audition in Milan, she was
invited as a finalist winner to participate in a gala concert at the Eco Theater of
Milan
Ketevan made her debut as Leila in Bizet's opera The "Le Pecheurs de Perles" as part of the Elena Obraztsova International Festival.
she is a winner of first great prize in Manhattan international music competition After that, she made her debut at Carnegie Hall at the gala concert of the winners 2024
She has participated in the numerous concerts, her repertoire consisted of arias,
songs and romances in German, Italian, French, Russian, Georgian languages. Her
