Justin Dean is the visionary leader behind Justin & The SwingBeats and SwingBeat Entertainment LLC — a premier Las Vegas-based entertainment company specializing in live music for exclusive corporate events, platinum weddings, black-tie galas, and milestone moments of all types nationwide.
A native of Upper Michigan, Justin’s passion for music began at 8 years old when he first heard Tony Bennett's recording of “White Christmas.” That moment sparked a lifelong fascination with the golden era of big band crooners, shaping a performance style that blends the charm of Frank Sinatra wit ... h the energy of today’s top pop artists.
Known for taking audiences on a genre-spanning musical journey, Justin and his team of world-class vocalists seamlessly transition from swing and big band classics to dance floor-packing party anthems — delivering everything from Rat Pack era favorites to the biggest dance hits of the ’70s, ’80s, ’90s, 2000s, and today’s Top 40.

First of all Justin is a dream to work with and he not only communicates extremely well and stays on top of his booking, he and his band are incredibly talented. They can play all genres and read the crowd. They kept our dance floor full all night long. It takes a couple of key elements to make a successful party and the band is one of them. My guests are still raving about Justin and the Swingbeats two weeks later. People were telling me they are going to hire them in the future, which means I’ll be getting to enjoy them again and again! We will definitely love to work with Justin and his wonderful band again for our future events. Don’t look any further, hire them, if they’re available.

We contracted with Justin and the Swingbeats for a birthday celebration we held in Las Vegas with 100 friends and family in February 2019. I can't say enough good things about Justin and the band. Justin was so amazing to work with! He is such a great communicator and checked in with us multiple times prior to our event to go over set lists and logistics. He was always very easy to talk with and very flexible with our requests. The band arrived with all their equipment on time, and they were so great to work with. They are so talented- Justin has an amazing voice! Our dance floor was packed the whole night and our guests absolutely loved them! Everyone is still talking about our party, and so much of its success is due to how wonderful the band was and the fun atmosphere they created. Justin even helped me pull off a few surprises I had planned at the party. Justin is incredibly thoughtful, professional, and I highly recommend him and his band!

Justin & The SwingBeats - Wedding Band - Las Vegas, Nevada Event Location: Red Rock Country Club / Las Vegas, NV Event Type: Wedding 27th October 2019

Justin and the SwingBeats exceeded all of our expectations. From the get go, Justin was responsive. He gathered some basic information about what we were looking for in a live band and then provided details and general pricing information. He was incredibly patient with me as I had NO IDEA what the right choice was for many of the details. He explained the pros and cons of stage lighting, risers, different numbers of band members. On the day of the event, they arrived exactly when they said they would and got setup. They then proceeded to be even more amazing. As discussed, they played light background/dinner jazz and rat pack music. On top of that, they acted as emcee for the event. Justin was funny, knew what was going on, and announced everything as expected. He was better than any DJ acting as emcee that I've seen! Justin and the SwingBeats were a highlight of our wedding and we are so glad we made it happen. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Meet the Act

I grew up as a kid listening to bands such as Huey Lewis & The News and INXS but was always fascinated by the Big Band and Crooner sound since the first time, at 8 years old, that I remember hearing Tony Bennett and Bing Crosby Christmas albums around the stereo at home in Upper Michigan during the holidays. The love of this genre stuck with me until I was inspired to start singing from watching a concert on PBS television one night in 2006. This show sparked in me what I call a "musical epiphany" and I instantly knew that I wanted to spend the rest of my career as a singer. It took fierce ded ... ication and years of hard work but, fast forward to today and SwingBeat Entertainment now custom produces live music for corporate events, weddings, galas, luxury functions, and milestone moments of all types nationwide. I'll never forget that night at home watching T.V. when I came across that PBS special that changed the direction of my life and ultimately led me to where I am today. It is a dream come true to use my passion for music to help people celebrate some of the most important moments in their lives.
