Jen has crafted her main (cruise line/ corporate) headliner show to tell a very engaging and personal story about the magic of songwriting and her own path to becoming a writer herself.
The show is aptly titled "Journey of a Songwriter" and includes music by Fleetwood Mac, Paul McCartney, Janis Joplin, Dusty Springfield, Adele, Barbra Streisand, as well as her own music.
***In addition to her staged show, Jen is accustomed to performing many genres (jazz, music theatre, pop, rock, country) and has a repertoire to suit more intimate spaces and events.

Biography

Maryland native Jen Jayden is an international vocalist and award winning songwriter that has graced stages worldwide. Her vocal talent combined with her ability to connect intimately with her audiences on a very heartfelt level, make her onstage appeal mesmerizing.
She began her career in the world of music theatre and segued into songwriting. In 2006 she relocated to Los Angeles to focus on writing and recording and teamed up with renowned producer Jeffery David (writer, manager and father of multi-platinum band Echosmith) to work on her first EP which was rooted in piano based pop s ... oul. Her work won several songwriting awards and features (VH1 Song of The Year, LA music award, XM radio “radar report” feature) and attracted a host of label attention - none of which she signed with at the time.
Jen felt the pull to move back east in 2010 and began a new project shortly thereafter. She is the writer, bandleader, and front woman of Jen Jayden & The Greenstone, a rock soul band that originally formed in Brooklyn and has been compared stylistically to Fleetwood Mac. They have performed all over New York and have digitally released several singles and an EP since their inception.
Jen has now combined her music theater background, her passion for songwriting and her rock and roll roots to create a unique solo show that she regularly performs both on cruise lines and in the corporate world.
