Description

As a 60's child and dance teacher I have been fortunate enough to have been exposed to many music genres and that is reflected in playlists when I am booked to either teach or DJ.
As a DJ, I have no problem catering to most client's musical wishes and can provide speakers if there are not any at your venue.

Jazzi was very helpful and even assisted me with a dance performance that I did for my party by putting the music together and giving me choreography advice. My musical requirements were Afrobeats and Hip-Hop and I decided on the day of the party that I wanted a specific playlist. I was very happy because Jazzi obliged even though it was very last minute. Me and my friends had a great time.

We asked for an Abba themed party and Jazzi came up trumps! As well as playing Abba tracks, Jazzi read the room well and had music to cater for every taste present including Motown, Soul and Pop music from the 1970's.

Experience

As a dance teacher, I have experience teaching in educational establishments from nursery to university level. The dance disciplines offered are Street Dance/Hiphop, Jazz, Ballet, Lindy Hop, Contemporary Dance, Choreography, Cheerleading, Creative Dance and Caribbean Dance. I am also a Gym Instructor and used my ETM (Exercise to Music) qualification to create my own Dance Fitness brand called "SoCariba" which I deliver in a local fitness centre in Wolverhampton.
I have been a successful Dance and Cheerleading coach, training and entering teams for competitions since 1999. I was also commiss ... ioned to choreograph dances for performance at Kensington Palace and The Royal Albert Hall in 2018 and 2019.
I am the resident DJ of the Dominion Club in Wolverhampton and also at the British Ironworks in Oswestry which has many functions such as "The Breakfast Club" Car Show, "The Special Olympics for SEN", "Reggae @ The Ironworks" and themed Market Events.
