Grim Theatre presents classic circus entertainment with a dark yet whimsical flare. Harlequin and Achillea explore limitations of the human form through circus disciplines like juggling, tall unicycle, contortion and aerial. With their wide array of combined skills both on the ground and in the air, they animate the stage with extraordinary characters and stories.
Quin and Achillea were wonderful to work with from start to finish. We were so thrilled to include such amazing performers at our wedding. They were incredibly engaging and the audience was captivated throughout their entire performance. We especially appreciated what a great job they did of including our youngest audience members. Achillea gave a tutorial in contortion to our 6 year old niece and Quin included our 8 year old nephew in his juggling. Everyone was fascinated with their performance. Achillea was graceful and acrobatic. Her performance was truly a sight to behold. Quin wowed us with his juggling skills and his balance on the giraffe unicycle. They are both so talented and fun to watch and engage with. We cannot thank these two performers enough for making our wedding day so special. They were a truly unforgettable part of our celebration

We hired Grim Theatre for my husband's 40th birthday party - a Great Gatsby themed murder mystery party at our house. Quin and Lea are amazing. They are both so friendly and warm, and just the kind of people that you would want at any party. They were so friendly and professional from the very first phone call - they both really love what they do and it shows. They were super open and flexible to what our vision for the party was, and how they could support it. They even came dressed up like our theme, which was so sweet. We all decided that Quin would be in our driveway on his unicycle juggling and just kind of welcoming guests to the party - and then Lea was inside in the living room doing her contortionist work. They did such a good job of engaging all sorts of people - I saw Lea chatting with our friends while she was in impossible positions, and have sweet photos of Quin sharing his juggling balls with our 1 year old daughter ...

Quin's 6 ft. unicycle and led juggling skills were beyond impressive and the perfect touch of whimsy for our Street Party event. He juggled while on a 6 ft unicycle and stayed up there forever. Who can do that??!!! Amazing!! What I most enjoyed in working with Quin was his positive, supportive personality and the enthusiasm and passion he brought to the event. His yearning to go above and beyond was noticed from the very beginning and was observed throughout the entire process. I asked for casual engagement with all our guests, and he took initiative and even unicycled down a public sidewalk to our second event location inspiring even more people to take notice of our free public event, which was not asked at all but truly appreciated. Plus, he was incredibly considerate in helping us achieve our goals while staying within our budget and he was super mindful regarding payment details. I am hoping that I can find any reason. I am hoping that I can find any reason to work with him again.
