Frankie Williams started his music career at the tender age of 12 years old. He grew up in a musically inclined family that loves music. Frankie and his siblings practiced the music of international artists and he skilled himself in performing music by Jonathan Butler, George
Benson, Lee Ritenour, Four play and many more. He and his brothers undertake community projects with schools, church groups and local jazz pop groups.
At the age of 25 they started a band called B.WAM and were fortunate enough to share the stage with popular South African group like STIMELA, Rasta Rebels, and Hugh Mai
... kela at th annual South African Jazz festivals. The group where screened on BOP TV(Mmbatho)on several occurrences. They joined MMABANA; ART & CULTURE group in MMANTHO does the ack ground Musical Theatre for an INKONYANE high production running on SABCI channel rankie got married in the late twenties. Joined a gospel group and plays his secular music a the same time. Frankie is well known in the North West Province and in Gauteng for his performances. His talent opens many doors for him. He obtains tenders to play for companies at corporate functions like Local Authorities; Transnet, South African National Defence force (SANDF), etc. Frankie up skilled himself to play all genres of music and he is now flexible to play any music. He also does studio recordings with artist such as Phillip Meintjies, one of the most famous drum players in Johannesburg.
When he moves to the Western Cape 2008, he joined a band called Public Attention that performs in a local night club in Saldanha Bay. The group was well-known in the West Coast and Western Cape Province. They also took part in entering the ARTSCAPE editions to ntroduce their music to the whole of the Western Cape Area. The band was then chosen ou of all groups to be interview on the SABC National Television.
He used to live in Mosselbay with his essential passion for music he joined a Band G -Minor ho is well known in the Garden Route region for the improvise pop, R&B Fusion, Jazz, Latin
Funky African rhythm sound. The group regular performs at The Pinnacle Point Casio at BRAVO Club and numerous other festivals. The group won one of the biggest jazz competitions in the region where by Frankie was the lead guitar player of the group. He still continues with his local performance as aspires to taking his music career to an international level.
