Katie plays as a soloist with high quality backing tracks. She would also love to collaborate with other musicians to form part of a duo/group. Katie loves Irish fiddle music and her rendition of 'The Irish Rover' and 'Fairytale of New York' are guaranteed to delight her audience.

Biography

Katie is trained to Degree level and and has enjoyed a longstanding profession as a musician. She has experience of playing in local orchestras and also as part of a string quartet. More recently Katie has promoted herself as 'Fiddlestix' providing music for a range of occasions and audiences. For years, Katie was the resident violinist on the 'Granada Studios Tour' where she enjoyed playing at a range of corporate events.
Katie has great experience as a Choir Leader. She currently directs 2 very successful choirs in the Manchester Area, and has appeared with her choirs numerous times on ... National television. Read More
