Experience

I have sung open mics for a year now at 2 different pubs, The Argo Lounge and The Queen's head in Peterborough. In both of them, the patrons have all come up to me and said that I am the highlight of the night because of how varied I am which makes me so proud.
I have also played three paid gigs now at The Ship Inn, Pointon, for parties throughout 2022. Each time I give them a mix of songs completely different from the previous time I played there but I love how each time there are songs the community recognizes and can join in with, which is my aim every time I perform, to do something th ... e crowd will enjoy. The ship inn may only be in a small village but there is a real sense of community, everyone knows everyone in the village and everyone gets along. It's places like that which fill my heart because you know that there is always someone to lean on if you need help.

Acting Experience

I have performed with two different performing societies for both musicals and plays. With Peterborough Operatic Dramatic Society, I was in Shrek the musical as an ensemble cast member, which included 5 quick costume changes in the first half of the show, thankfully with a dedicated team behind the scenes I achieved them all in the time allotted.
I performed in a play with St Nicholas Saints in Spalding called 'A Tomb with a view' wherein I played a character named Marcus Tomb. As a person I am what you would describe as an extroverted introvert. I am quite shy when you first meet me because of how people have exploited my good nature in the past, however, get to know me and give me the right topic I become extremely outgoing and bubbly. I love to perform more than anything else, just seeing people smile because you're having fun is one of the best things in the world.
I am quite a passionate Ecologist and Conservationist, I have a Land Based Conservation Diploma Level 2 from City & Guilds which I worked for all through 2021. I am a keen birdwatcher and I can rec ... ognise most British bird songs and calls at short notice. I also love to hike as it gives me an opportunity to see various parts of Britain with new eyes.
Being a fan of TV shows like Strictly Come Dancing and The Masked Singer has actually been really beneficial to me because it's expanded my musical repertoire, taught me skills I never thought I would learn and pushed me to sing songs I never thought possible, so I have them to thank in a way for my variable vocal skills.
