Description

I am a female vocalist with a large vocal range and ability to sing different musical genres and styles - my preferred style is jazz but am as adept and able to master contemporary and audience favourites. I have performed as a vocalist live and in studios for recordings, backing vocals and voice-overs for commercials.
I also have a strong presence in the Greek musical circuit and am able to sing the much-loved popular greek songs spanning the years.

Biography

Further to my musical background as a professional female vocalist, performing live and recording studio work for backing vocals and voice-overs for English, Greek and French commercials, I am now returning with passion and positive anticipation to take to the stage and showcase my vocal strengths through a diverse repertoire of English and Greek renditions of much-loved emphatic and emotive songs.
I am available for private functions, international work as well as recording and voice-over work.
Over the years I have nurtured my love to sing, by devising and delivering bespoke musical ed ... ucational curricula for children within the private sector and for Early Years centres. My objective to empower children through performance and the use of their innate speaking and singing voice harnessed confidence, free expression and cognitive retention, and made my work as a facilitator of positive learning experiences both overwhelming and immense.
However it is now time for me to return to my passionate roots as a vocalist and embrace my love of different musical genres and singing styles in live performance and recordings.
I am currently working on recording a vocal/video reel at M.I.M Montana International recording studios and will include this in on my profile soon.

A vibrant and powerful singer, Drou's voice and stage presence captivated the audience effortlessly at this event. She truly brought the house down with her enigmatic renditions of a multitude of well-loved jazz songs, and showed that being a small person does not limit your ability to have a big voice. Can't wait to see her perform live again in the future.
