Description

Since Counterflow burst onto the scene in 2013, they have used they combined experience and expertise to establish themselves as one of the most in-demand bands on the circuit averaging over 180 gigs per year! Each member of Counterflow has been cherry-picked for their individual musicianship and collective chemistry to ensure that they have the best of the best to offer their clients. Always 100% live, no backing tracks. Ever. They pride themselves on their versatility and dynamic live shows which make them the perfect choice for almost any occasion.
Their incredible lead singer has been ... wowing audiences with her impressive and versatile vocals which allow the band to pull off a huge range of songs that others might avoid. Add in great lead vocals from the rest of the band and you can't go wrong! (Ps. their drummer is a lead vocalist in his own right and his smooth, soulful licks are always a huge hit with the ladies!) With these dynamic voices to choose from, there really is no song they can't pull off convincingly so whether you're after a classic soul/Motown set or a contemporary rock/pop/chart set, an elegant affair or a real rock 'n' roll gig, you'll receive a perfectly crafted show with unrivalled vocals and musicianship that oozes class from every single band member.
No matter what the occasion, Counterflow can supply it all. Their signature 5-piece line-up can be supplemented with saxophone or additional singers on request and they also offer equally impressive duo, trio and 4-piece line-ups for smaller events.

Biography

Already in 2016, Counterflow and its members have been invited to perform in Geneva, Switzerland; Nice, France; Zermatt, Switzerland; Marseille, France; Helsinki, Finland; Eilat, Israel and The Maldives as well as touring extensively in the UK. When not touring, they can be found playing residencies in some of London's most prestigious live music venues in the heart of the capital's West End.

Wow! What an absolutely amazing band, so so pleased that we chose Counterflow to play at our wedding! Amazing play list, incredible performing and atmosphere, everyone absolutely loved you and you had he whole place dancing all night which was amazing! Can't recommend you guys highly enough. We hope all our friends getting married in the future also have you as their wedding band! You also did a great acoustic set for the reception drinks that was fab as well. Thank you so much, you were a big part of the day and we loved it! Xx

Every member of Counterflow is well established in their respective fields and away from the band, members have worked and continue to work with the likes of Sir Tom Jones, Rod Stewart, Blondie, Westlife, Katherine Jenkins, Boy George, Sugababes, Chicane and The British Philharmonic Orchestra to name but a few. Counterflow members have also graced venues such as The Royal Albert Hall, The NIA, The ICC, The Roundhouse, Old Trafford, Ricoh Arena, Watford Colosseum, The Palace Theatre and various West End theatres including The Aldwych, Her Majesty's and The RSC.
