I work a little differently than your average tarot reader as I like to empower my querent during our session and these are the steps of what they/you will experience, should you decide to work with me.
Basics:
1. I'm Chris and I'm a Biddy Tarot Certified Advisor residing in Los Angeles, CA.
2. I believe we're here on this planet to have a human experience and the tarot is a tool that allows up to enhance that experience, getting us get more in tune with who we truly are.
3. I work with questions that begin with "How" and/or "what." How can I ____, What can I____, and How should I____ ... are only a few examples of the questions I can offer guidance with. I don' answer financial, legal, or health questions, though I can help guide you on how to to stay in control regarding these matters.
4. I have 75+ decks and can read with all of them, giving each reading individualized attention.
Option 1: Personal Readings
1. On my website, I have an intake form that will take you to my calendar to book -- this can be bypassed at an party event
2. Once you sit down in front of me, I will ask you to write your question down on a piece of paper that I will not look at. Once that it written down, I will shuffle it in with the deck, deal the cards, and read them. I do this to give you some privacy and to empower you to make the connections first.
3. Once this step is completed, and should you want to go deeper, I will ask for permission to read the question you wrote down and then read the cards again.
4. At the end of the reading, I give you some astrology insights that you can take home with you, allowing you to continue reflecting on the reading you received.
5. You are allowed to take a picture of the cards we pulled together as well.
Option 2: Writer's Block
Are you a writer? Are you stuck on a story? I know spreads for the Hero's Journey, Heroine's Journey, Save the Cat, character development, and tons more. Using the steps above, I can help you get more in flow with your creative side and give you a different perspective on the project your stuck on, allowing you to break through your creative blocks.
Option 4: Speaking Events/Workshops/Classes
I can also host/present tarot as a class or workshop, should anyone want to add a different kind of flare or activity to their event/party. The opportunities are endless here and I'm always willing to try something new. Read More

Biography

Chris Lilly lives in Los Angeles, CA where he aims to write for TV one day. In the meantime,
he’s self-publishing YA/ Teen short story series, each with an LGBTQ lead character. In addition
to creative writing, he’s also a Background Actor/Extra in TV shows and movies and is a
certified tarot reader who can provide guidance on personal inquiries and writer’s block.

Experience

I mostly do online/Zoom calls, however I did do free tarot readings on the SAG/WGA strike picket lines. I've done a birthday party and a Halloween party as well.

Sometimes screenwriters and authors reach a point when working on a project where they're spinning their wheels and need to come at their project from a different, more intuitive angle. I know spreads that can help them outline, create characters, develop their first scene, and more! By tapping into their own intuition, the writer can add so much more personalization to the project.

1-hr Personal Consultation

While other readers will answer a querent's question predictively, my practice answers questions more intuitively. Questions asked should be more geared toward yourself and open-ended, beginning with "how" and "what." We're going to want to focus more on you and your self-development rather than asking about what someone else is doing in their lives. I will also give you some astrology homework before we close so you can use your interpretations to decipher what the universe is trying to tell you as well. I want you to leave our session feeling empowered, not disempowered.
