I am a professional musician from Austin, TX with 20+ years of professional experience and 30+ years of musical training. I specialize in Restaurants, Hotels, Resorts and Private Events but I can and have headlined and opened for a variety of musical showcases and concerts as well.
My core values are fairness, punctuality and honesty. I love what I do but for me; musical performance is a business and the satisfaction and entertainment of your customers, patrons or guests is a paramount priority.

This is always my experience when I watch Chris DeVore! While so many guitarists labor to pierce the elusive ether with their playing skills, Chris does it effortlessly. He’s the most prolific guitarist since Wes Mongomery!Flawless guitar mastery combined with tasteful repertoire and honey smooth vocals adds up to delightful entertainment! Experience

I've been performing for over 25 years. I got my first paying gig at Hole in the Wall in Austin, TX when I was 15 years old, they totally freaked out when I showed up and they saw I was a kid—but they let me play anyway and slid me $50 under the table afterwards.
Music has only been my full-time job/only source of income for a little over 10 years. For a majority of that time I have played for restaurants, hotels, resorts, breweries and a few bars and actual venues. I'm always happy doing what I love. Lately though, it has been my goal put on a real show, a real concert full of magical m ... oments that make people feel excited and happy.
For me, music is about goosebumps and the kind of excitement you get on Christmas Eve. Music feels like flying or like a rollercoaster—it takes you on a ride that you're torn between grabbing a hold something familiar and letting go. I want to make people remember what it feels like to be children, when the world was such an exciting place and we believed that amazing things could happen at any moment.
