Description

Solo singer guitar player and full-time entertainer for 23 years. My main music genre is Celtic Music, including Scottish and Irish songs.
When booked for Troubadour concerts I also cover the following genres;- American folk, 60,s,70,s,80,s and country.
Additionally I have a songwriter solo act performing mostly my own new folk songs in a mix of traditional and modern style.
When performing I can use wireless mics to allow me to roam among the audience, or round dinner tables, or be a wandering Minstrel at expo's and street events.

Meet the Act

I began a music career around 1996 after being made redundant. Within one year I was performing almost full time and within two years performing around the UK and overseas as frontman, and lead singer in the highly successful Celtic Band Beggars Row.
In the last few years I have developed my own solo concerts into happy, fun, and audience participating events. My boast is that every venue has always re-booked my self-styled act.

Additional Information

I am a member of Equity with £10million Public Liability insurance.
My equipment is all pat-tested each year.
I supply my own PA at most events.
I am fully registered with the Inland revenue for tax purposes.
