Meet the Act

When I was young, I was constently hitting things that were within my reach. At the age of 5, I had a djembe. I was directly hitting with a kind of sense of rythm. Growing up, I was watching by myself drum covers video of my favorite songs by my favorite bands such as Slipknot, Dimmu Borgir... My parents bought me my first drumkit at the age of 10, and I knew I wanted to do this for my entire life.
I mainly developped my drum skills by playing over songs from my favorite artists. I was barely reading music as I learn almost everything by ear. It helps me a lot for learning fast songs to play ... for the evening.
Today, as I am mainly involved into heavy genres (recorded albums, shot clips, concerts...), I also play a big panel of differents things such as more groovy and funky things. I play quite often in jazz/funk jam sessions. I am also playing for a circus music band at summer. Read More
