I also pride myself in my comedic timing and often use this in my gigs, which I perform regularly in my local area. I have performed at multiple different venues and events such as weddings, parties, corporate events, funerals (in the church - classical), live music events, jazz clubs, bars/pubs, nursing/care homes.

Biography

I pride myself on my vocal versatility as I sing lots of genres of music such as Classical, Musical Theatre, Opera, Jazz, Pop, Choral and Soft Rock. I have my own business set up called Alice Pescott Frost Events Limited which I sing at Events such as weddings, funerals, bars, care homes, etc. I am friendly, chatty and enthusiastic, and enjoy working in a team. I have a keen interest in the arts and have performed in various different performances all over the UK as well as Berlin and New York. I have recently achieved a First Class Hons. from Bird college (associated with Greenwich University ... ), where I studied Professional Dance and Musical theatre. I found a keen interest in comedy and pride myself in how I interact with an audience and creating a memorable performance for any scenario, whether that be a casual Jazz set or a formal classical set.

"I heard Alice singing at a care home Christmas party in December 2023, which I was visiting as Mayor of Felixstowe. I can honestly say that her presence and performance in that busy room was quite outstanding and transformed the experience into something quite magical. In particular, Alice's rendition of Pie Jesu (from Requiem) was one of the most captivating and moving musical moments I have ever experienced. It came out of the blue, among the Christmas wrapping and chatter, with background noise and distractions, but her voice rose above it all and moved everyone in the room. My friend and I spontaneously stood to applause, both with tears in our eyes. I held a summer party for friends at my house. I had a marque in the garden and thought it would be nice to have some live music. Alice was recommended to me by a dear friend who knows her well. All I can say is that she was marvellous. Everyone said how lovely it was to have live music with such a good variety of summer songs, which had everyone enjoying themselves. Alice has a lovely voice and has a great portfolio of music.

Alice performed at our wedding, and she was utterly magnificent. Her positive nature and kindness was immediate to see. Not only was she incredibly well organised and accommodating but the singing was nothing short of amazing, her range is just incredible. She created a beautifully chilled and relaxed atmosphere whilst performing a variety of songs all of which hit the mark, and our guests only had wonderful things to say about her. We are very grateful to Alice, and we cannot recommend her highly enough.

Experience

I am a singer but also have the set up for all my backing tracks needed and a speaker/microphone which I am able to do by myself.
I have already performed at multiple different events and venues such as summer parties, weddings and I am a regular performer at the Pavillion in Dovercourt and the Marquis in Hadleigh.
