Albert Llorens is a Spanish born magician who is hugely popular on Spanish television, with regular appearances on Canal 33, Madrid, 25TV, TeveCat, 8TV…). He became in 2019 the contemporary Spanish magician with the most TV exposure.
He specialises in grand illusion and his breath taking illusions include a rarely seen appearing boat illusion. A spectacular production that will leave any audience stunned. He combines big illusions, death-defying escapes and spectacular levitations with comedy magic, audience interaction and baffling mentalism. Also, he tries to offer a magic show different ... from others: no repeating card/rope/handkerchief tricks that we are used to see in other magic shows.
Albert is a highly accomplished close-up magician too, able to utilise skilled sleight of hand to fool you right under your nose.
He also offers workshops of magic, to show how to perform simple magic tricks for your family and friends.
He was the guest star at the Wonderground Magic Theater in Las Vegas (Nevada), under the direction of the prestigious magician Jeff McBride.
His show “A Kind of Magic”, performed on Barceló Fuerteventura Resort (Cannary Islands) has become the best rated show during season 2021-22. He also started a 2-month contract as a resident magician for the british company Saga Cruises that, due to the guest's acceptance and good ratings, extended to 7 months on board (February to August 2022).
He's also been the resident magician for MSC Cruises (MSC Lirica, November 2022-February 2023), as well as the headline act for other ships, like MSC Meraviglia or MSC Seascape (first magician to perform there).
Albert has a charming persona onstage and is able to perform his show in Spanish, Catalan, English and French - making him ideal for international audiences.

Biography

Albert Llorens started out in the world of magic very young, thanks to a magic set by “Magic Andreu”. In 1997 he joined a theatre company, combining the tasks of actor, presenter and magician. On many occasions he has worked as a featured artist in a variety show, using his magic to complete a show or integrating it on a stage play.
Specialised in great illusions, he has worked for the most prestigioustheatres, auditoriums, party halls, restaurants, hotels and resorts of the country.
Since 2002 he is a member of the Spanish Society of Illusionism of Barcelona (SEI-ACAI), belonging to ... FISM (Fédération Internationale des Sociétés Magiques), having performed in several occasions in their headquarters as well as in activities organised by them.

The company The Magic of Albert Llorens combines large-format shows (magic effects with large apparatus, also known as illusions), with didactic shows for schools, in which topics such as sustainability, principles of physics, recycling, scarcity and properties of water, renewable energies or climate change, are treated in a playful and understanding way for all ages. Some of the most important ones have been: Water: a magic world (2010); The magic of recycling (2011); Against the climate change: the magic of the renewable energies (2012); Grand Ecomagic (2013).
In addition, the company also offers magic workshops, in which all the assistants can become magicians for a few moments, as well as specialized magical effects designed for the promotion of products and companies that want a fresh and attractive new corporate image.

Albert Llorens has travel the world, performing his magic.
In 2017, he was the guest star at Wonderground Magic Theater (Las Vegas). Also, he performed his illusions in France and United Kingdom.
In 2020, before the pandemic, he was invited to present his thoughts about magic in the Chicago's Secret Magic Theater (Illisnois).
In 2022, his show "A kind of Magic" became the most rated show in Fuerteventura (Canary Islands).
