Description

Self contained solo entertainer, covering various genre of music using guitar, keys, ewi and vocals. Depending on the performance and occasion, Adagio can also supply stage lighting to enhance the atmosphere. Audience participation and requests are always welcome, and with a repertoire of over 400 songs there's something for everyone and every occasion.

Biography

Kevin Lindop, Born in 1969 in Staffordshire England. He was introduced to music at the age of 8, when he started trumpet lessons at school, Progressing over the years to perform with the school band, the local brass band and the Staffordshire Brass Band, leading him to perform in the Royal Albert Hall, London at the tender age of 16.

After several years of Brass Band and Orchestral playing, Kevin transferred the skills he had learnt to playing keyboards, guitar and saxophone, playing with pop / rock bands throughout the 80's and 90's

In 2004 Kevin went solo, creating his now curren ... t act Adagio, Performing throughout the UK and Europe.

Adagio has also added an acoustic and live looping part to his performances.

My husband and l were pleasantly surprised at how versatile Adagio was. He interacted with his audience and was happy to sing any requests given to him. The range of songs he sang was amazing and with each song brought the atmosphere to represent it. Guests were up dancing in no time. Adagio is very talented and we hope to have the pleasure of watching him again in the future. He was more than a musical entertainer, he was an all round nice chap and very funny. He gave his time to talk to anyone who went up to him to do so. Highly recommend.

Kevin is a wonderful musician, well versed in a huge variety of musical genres. Not only a great showman, but a fantastic person to work with. It was a pleasure working with Kevin in the summer and i would very much hope to work with him again.
