They have a vast repertoire of songs - from Katherine Jenkins to Louis Armstrong, from Madonna to Queen, Back Two can successfully deliver classical, jazz, swing, blues, skiffle, rock and roll, pop, rock, soul, Motown, disco and new wave with ease.
Back Two understand exactly how stressful putting together an event is, so they will work with their clients to ensure that each event is personalised to meet their needs, including providing song lists and liaising with the venue to ensure that the event runs smoothly. They will tailor their performance to suit any event, whether it be 1940's swing or 80's new wave. Each client is important to them, no matter how small, so you can be assured that your event - wedding, corporate or own private party - will be a success, so whether you want to sit back and listen, or fill the dance floor, you can be assured that Back Two will deliver.
Sally is an award winning vocalist who studied Vocal Technique at Cardiff University. She regularly performed cabaret at various South Coast Butlins during summer seasons in the 80s and was a warm up act for top comedian Frank Carson.
Paul is a talented pianist with his roots firmly in Gospel, Blues and Rock 'n' Roll.
Back Two usually perform 2 x 45 minute sets, 2 x 1 hour sets or 3 x 40 minute sets, but in addition to live performance, they have a large music collection which ranges from the 1920's through to the present day and can provide background music for the evening if required.

Experience

Sally and Paul have been performing together as a duo for over 6 years. They have entertained at a wide variety of events from weddings to festivals and from small private parties to corporate events. Both have musical backgrounds and with over thirty years experience between them, their knowledge and know how makes any occasion a success.
Sally is an award winning vocalist who studied at Cardiff University. She regularly performed cabaret at various South Coast Butlins during summer seasons in the 80s and was a warm up act for top comedian Frank Carson. She now leads a choir and ukulele ... group and when not singing with Back Two, leads singing workshops for Parkinson's and Alzheimer's groups.
Paul is a talented pianist with his roots firmly in Gospel, Blues and Rock 'n' Roll and performed with 'Soul Seekers' at the 1980 Green Belt Festival. He is also a talented impressionist and his comedy impressions captivate and surprise every audience - including Sally! " I have several awards - Cycling Proficiency 1973; Bronze, Silver and Gold swimming badges and Audience Dancing on Top of The Pops!"
Sally and Paul sing a wide variety of styles and genres. They have a vast repertoire - from Katherine Jenkins to Elton John, from Barbra Streisand to Queen and can successfully deliver classical, jazz, swing, blues, skiffle, rock and roll, pop, rock, soul, Motown, and disco with ease.
Back Two also plan and deliver their own events: their Vintage Tea Dances are well attended and audiences have enjoyed themed dinner dances and rock 'n' roll nights.
