Description
Everybody loves James Bond, it is estimated that half the world’s population has seen a Bond film. Countless awards have been lavished upon the series and they have starred some of the best known actors and actresses of all time.
These fantastic films would not be complete without a theme tune. When you hear those opening bars of Monty Norman’s main Bond theme you know you’re in for thrills, exotic locations, wonderful gadgets, Bond Girls, fast cars and of course those iconic characters who are loved by millions, Miss Moneypenny, M and of course Q.
The Bond themes are a signature
... element of the franchise; of course every Spy needs his theme song. Written specifically to fit the new film and provide that extra helping of movie gold, this unique tradition has featured original performances from legends such as Shirley Bassey, Adele, Nancy Sinatra, Carly Simon, Paul McCartney, Duran Duran, Lulu and Alicia Keys to name but a few.
With this in mind, this amazing and iconic music is brought to you by the internationally known Q The Music Show. Made up by the cream of top musicians plucked from leading orchestras and West End shows gathering to perform all the Bond Themes including Goldfinger, Diamonds Are Forever, Live & Let Die, Nobody Does It Better and Skyfall.
The band boasts a wealth of experience in the industry - musicians have worked with Robbie Williams, Bryan Adams, Brian May, Paul McCartney, Cliff Richard, Katherine Jenkins, Bobby Davro, The Stylistics, Will Young, Stacey Soloman, and every major West End Show in London, and every major Orchestra in London - as well as most of the UK!
Q The Music Show has become known globally for their live videos of the iconic Bond Themes with over one million views on YouTube. As well as appearing all over the UK the band has played abroad in several countries, including Monaco, Italy, Majorca, Switzerland, Maldives, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Czech Republic, Guernsey and Germany - at the Oberhausen Arena - to a standing ovation.
Set up in 2004 by professional Trumpeter Warren Ringham, the band were the World's first ever James Bond Tribute Band and to this day they are still leading the way. Just about every James Bond Fan Club in the World, recognise Q The Music Show as THE definitive tribute to the music from the films.
The big band sound is topped off by the stunning vocals of Kerry Schultz. Whether you’re a James Bond, big band or popular music fan, this show has something for everyone, outstanding musical scores, extraordinarily talented musicians, and powerful, spine-tingling vocals.
The band were recognised in the National Entertainment Awards 2013 - where both the band and Kerry won national awards, Best Tribute Band & Best Female Vocalist.

"They say that John Barry's music was to James Bond films what hair was to Samson.
If that is the case, Q The Music Show - James Bond Tribute Band's concert make its tight, cohesive sound as strong as any orchestra.
A hugely entertaining revue by charismatic musicians with evocative vocal renditions which encapsulates the glamour of Bondian classics and breathes vibrant new life into lesser known Bond gems, Q The Music Show impossibly captures that Big Bond sound from from Barry and beyond. Where all other Bond concerts end, Q The Music Show begins! "

"Dear Warren, I would like to thank you and your band members for the amazing performance during my website’s 20th anniversary James Bond party, on October 25th 2015 at the Pinewood Hotel. Performing the complete catalogue of James Bond theme songs in front of an audience of 100 Bond connoisseurs, fan club presidents, magazine editors and Bond music lovers from around the world must have given you some sleepless nights, but I can tell you the verdict was unanimous: The best performance of theme songs we ever witnessed! It was an awesome show and I can only congratulate you with the group of talented people you have formed around you. The way you guys nailed those songs was simply amazing. I have never heard the words “Better than the original” more often in one evening than during my event. So once again, thank you so much for all the work you put in to it. I will surely recommend Q The Music to all my friends from the James Bond fan community, as I am sure whoever books your band will have the most fabulous James Bond tribute band imaginable during his or her event. Fans will not be disappointed! Looking forward to working with you again in the future, all the best, Martijn Mulder Onthetracksof007.com"

"I have been a fan of James Bond music since I was 8. I book to see every concert, every tribute. I even flew to New York to see The famous Losers' Lounge tribute to John Barry and James Bond. I have not missed one Carl Davis show BUT the Band and the show that tops them all is Q The Music 's wonderful journey through the Bond catalogue. Magnificent singing and arrangements so true to the originals but electrifying 'modern' literally blow the audience away. The show is seamless with a witty and suave Compere that makes the evening a complete entertainmentThis is a Band and a show that will convert you to a James Bond music fan (even if you didn't think you would be)007 may be the theme but the score is 0010 out of 10 for this terrific show. I will never be able to thank you all enough for tonight. The sheer brilliance alone is beyond words but the performance of you all and a most fantastic Compere made this a perfect night I cannot wait to meet you all again I am almost in tears as I write this. You all surpassed my wildest dreams Terry"

"“Q The Music Show is a thrilling and entertaining band that brings the Bond classics we know so well in an original way while staying very close to the original. I particularly liked the rawness of “The Man With The Golden Gun” and the amazing instrumental Bond 77. The band members clearly enjoy what they’re doing and so does the audience”. "On 25th October I and almost 100 others had the pleasure of sitting down to an evening of Bond hosted by that inimitable photo bomber and author of the superb book On the tracks of 007... Martijn Mulder. We started the evening with an excellent dinner then, after a short interlude, were introduced by Bond lover and self-deprecating compare, Terry Bamber to the wonderful, Q The Music Show. Having never heard of them before the 13 piece band began playing Bond music I must admit I didn’t know what to expect. It’s strange how sometimes we wait in the audience gazing into the unknown thinking, ‘Oh yea, more near enough music!’ Yet when the first few chords electrify your ears you stop what you are thinking and give the musicians your full on attention. Well that’s what we had! The singers Kerry Shultz and Matthew Ford sang a myriad of Bond songs to well-deserved rapturous applause. The animated guitarist David D’Andrade sang only one song, You Know my Name and it was brilliant! I think I can honestly say they are the best Bond tribute band I have ever had the pleasure of seeing and listening to… if you get an opportunity to see them just take some time out, occasionally close your eyes and listen to quality musician’s at their best..” Duncan Carter - Bond Posterswww.bondposters.com

"Last weekend (Saturday 22nd March) I had the pleasure of being invited to Jean and Dickie Bamber's Diamond Wedding anniversary celebrations held at Heatherden Hall, Pinewood Studios. Dickie has worked in the film industry for over 50 years on productions such as Genevieve, The Ipcress File, Thunderball, Battle of Britain, A Bridge Too Far and many of the Carry On comedies, to name but a few. Their son Terry, himself a veteran of the industry, and who I first met on the set of the James Bond film GoldenEye, did his parent's proud. Following a champagne reception we dined in the Pinewood house restaurant (remember the scene in Who Dares Wins where the hostages are held around a dining table in the US Ambassador's residence? Well, we were in the same room.) The evening's cabaret was provided by the 13-piece band 'Q the Music' who specialize in performing music from the James Bond films. From Dr. No to Skyfall, this mini-orchestra performed some of the best cover versions I have ever heard. They were brilliant. Bond fans themselves, their renditions of even the instrumentals such as 'Bond 77' from The Spy Who Loved Me and 'Runaway' from For Your Eyes Only, were spot on. Kit Mlynar on saxaphone, and David D'Andrade on guitar, were excellent, as was lead vocalist Kerry Schultz. Wow, what a voice. This was professionalism at its best. Lead vocalist Kerry Schultz sure belts out a Bond hit song! If you are a James Bond fan, or simply like to hear movie music live, I highly recommend this band. In fact, they are at The Lincoln Drill Hall on April 18/19, and in Wycombe on May 11th. Check out their web site for further details and treat yourself to a fabulous night out. www.QTheMusicShow.com..” Dave Worrall - Cinema Retrowww.cinemaretro.com
DO YOU EXPECT US TO TALK (PODCAST) - REBECCA ANDREWS
"Absolutely sublime, just phenominal. I think Q The Music are just incredible. I was speaking to friends after the show - the music of Bond encompasses so many different genres; Pop, Rock, Jazz, Classical and Q The Music does them all and Warren (band manager) I think is just an amazing person. I'm a huge fan of Sam Smith, but Kerry's version of Writing's On The Wall is way better. I also thought the rocking version of You Know My Name was absolutely stonking, really amazing, and I now have a renewed appreciation for The Living Daylights. They brought their own flavour to the songs and improved on some of them as well! Rebecca Andrews - Do You Expect Us To Talk? - James Bond Podcastwww.facebook.com/ExpectUsToTalk

JAMES BOND RADIO - CHRIS WRIGHT & TOM SEARS
"We were nervous this was one of those things where you had to pretend they are really good, and they are not really - but we sat there and we were like, this is actually amazing, once they hit On Her Majesty's Secret Service (8th track), it was literally amazing all the way home. We even thought The Man With The Golden Gun was better than the original - the performance out did the original in our eyes. The energy was there, they played off each other so well and we both even had tears in our eyes at some points. Then they did Writings On The Wall - only their second ever performance of it - and Kerry rocked it, she nailed it, I had a real tear in my eye. It was beautiful, it really was fantastic. The ending of the first half, where the brass section come out to the front of the stage in Nobody Does It Better, that's a real show ender, a real climax." Thank you for a truly unforgettable performance.” Anders Frejdh - From Sweden With Lovewww.jamesbond007.se

"We really enjoyed the On The Tracks Of 007 event, a wonderful evening with a fantastic music band. Classic Bond songs are always something special, but especially when they are so well presented. In particular the new Spectre theme song "Writing's On The Wall" was so much better performed than the original. Thank you for the great entertainment." Graham Malvern (cousin of Madeline Smith): Absolutely fantastic, please pass on our thanks to all involved especially Kerry for a brilliant night of all things Bond.
Madeline had a fabulous time at the Q The Music concert in Fleet, Hampshire on Sunday 27th November.
